Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we aim to be fair and transparent regarding cancellations and refunds.
Refunds
– Once a webinar or digital product has been accessed or delivered, no refund will be issued.
– Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the start of a webinar are eligible for a full refund (minus payment gateway charges).
– Cancellations made within 24–48 hours before the webinar may receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are not refundable.
Cancellations by Organizer
If we cancel or reschedule a webinar due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will be offered:
1. A full refund, OR
2. Free transfer to the rescheduled session.
Rescheduling by Participants
– Participants may request a reschedule to another session (if available) by contacting us at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.
– Rescheduling is subject to seat availability and confirmation.
Refund Processing
Refunds (if eligible) will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited to the original mode of payment.
