At Disha Caroline Image Consulting, we specialize in delivering online webinars, workshops, and digital resources. As our services are digital in nature, there is no physical shipping involved. Please read the details below to understand how you will receive access to your purchases.
1. Delivery of Webinar Access
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email containing your webinar access details (such as the Zoom/Google Meet link, login instructions, or learning portal link).
Most webinar access emails are sent instantly after successful payment. In rare cases, it may take up to 2–6 hours depending on payment processing.
2. Digital Resources (if applicable)
If your webinar includes workbooks, presentations, or bonus materials, they will be shared via email or provided for download through a secure link.
Download links will remain active for 7 days from the date of delivery. Please save your materials during this time.
3. Failed Delivery
If you do not receive your confirmation email within the expected timeframe, please check your spam/junk folder.
If it’s still missing, kindly contact us at disha.caroline@gmail.com with your payment receipt, and we will resend the details.
4. International Access
Our webinars are accessible globally. Time zones and schedules will be clearly mentioned in the event details.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their internet connection and device are suitable for attending online webinars.
